“Come and meet us” form: first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), profession or occupation and the message you send us. The purpose is to respond to your request, organise your visit to a club meeting and maintain further contact related to that request.

Email: if you write to us, we process the data you include to handle your enquiry.

Private area: if you sign in with an account, we process your email address and the minimum authentication data required to manage access.

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles.

• Consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a GDPR) when submitting the form by ticking the acceptance box.
• Legitimate interest of the club (art. 6.1.f GDPR) in handling enquiries received by email and maintaining the security of the site.

Data is kept for as long as the relationship with the data subject lasts and, afterwards, for the period necessary to address possible liabilities. Visit requests are deleted two years after the last contact, unless the data subject becomes a member or requests earlier deletion.

We do not disclose data to third parties except where legally required. We use technology providers acting as data processors that provide web hosting and database services (the Lovable platform and its associated database infrastructure) and email services (Google). These providers may involve international data transfers, covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to lucentumpuerto@gmail.com stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe your data is not being processed correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. The site is not directed at minors under 14 and their data is not knowingly collected.
